Part Time Nanny, Rayleigh, TC 597

**Position filled** A warm welcoming family in Rayleigh are looking for a part time nanny for their two children, a little boy of 12 years old and a girl of 4 years old. This is a permanent position. The family are open to all levels of experience and would consider a nanny plus one.

This wonderful family are looking for a calm, caring nanny for their children, someone who will muck in when needed and entertain the children of an evening. Nanny must hold a childcare qualification, along with a clean DBS and a good referenced career history. You will need to be a driver holding a clean driving licence with your own car for on duty use. Nanny will also hold an up to date paediatric first aid certificate. Nanny will hold all the relevant documents to become Ofsted registered should this be needed. The children like to take part in fun activities, someone with lots of energy and who likes the outdoors is a bonus. Nanny will need to be flexible and have a good can-do attitude.

Nanny duties include arriving in the afternoon to collect the little girl from school a short walk away, returning home to complete and encourage homework, reading and preparing equipment for the next day. The little boy returns home from school himself, he needs encouraging to complete homework, also preparing for school the following day. Nanny will complete usual nursery duties as time allows, such as the children washing, ironing and keeping the children’s communal areas clean and tidy. You will be a good cook providing the children with fresh healthy meals, should there be enough for the parents to have on return to work that would be welcomed.

Hours are flexible for the right candidate, 18 hours per week Tuesday to Friday 15:00-19:30, Salary £14gph.

24 hours per week Tuesday to Friday £11-12gph, to include extra housekeeping duties.
