Busy Feering, nr Kelvedon family are looking for their Mary Poppins! They have four boys aged 8 6 4 and 14 months and have two cats in the house and chickens outside. This is a part time and permanent position.
The Nanny that will fit perfectly with this family will be organised, fun and competent. You will have very busy days and you will want to enjoy the variety that this large family brings. You will be qualified, hold a clear DBS, paediatric first aid and be a driver with a clean licence. There is a possibility that an on-duty car would be available. You will be a decent cook and be familiar with producing good nursery fare. Nanny will also have a good referenced career history and have worked with large families before.
Your duties include sole charge of the four boys, walking the three older ones to the village school, and the baby to nursery when required. You will devise age appropriate activities for them all in the school holidays and encourage sharing and good behaviour. You will produce meals as required and collect the older children in the afternoon after school and after school clubs. Nursery duties are confined to keeping the space where the children are clean and tidy and washing as and when time permits.
Hours are 18 hours per week Monday to Thursday 07:30-09:00 and 15:15-18:15. Alternative hours are Monday and/or Wednesday 07:30-18:15 and Tuesday and Thursday before and after school.
Hours during the summer holiday: 3 days 07:30-18:15.
Salary is £11-12gph with a September start.

Professional family in Hutton Brentwood are looking for an experienced Nanny/Housekeeper for two boys aged 5 and 15 years. This is a live in or live out position, and the family are offering a large bedroom with en suite facilities TV, WIFI and an on-duty car. They also have a friendly Scottish terrier. They are looking for a nanny for the longer term, this is a permanent position.
The successful candidate will be used to working with high net worth families, and the standards that accompany this, particularly on the housekeeping front. You will be experienced and organised, with a sense of loyalty and fun with the children, you will be a self-starter and be happy to run a large home. You will be a good cook from scratch and have experience as a nanny with both age groups. To fit with this family, you will have a vivacious and outgoing personality who will get on with everyone easily. You will hold a childcare qualification, a clear DBS, paediatric first aid and a clean driving licence.
Duties include sole charge of the children, school runs to a local independent school, morning and afternoon in term time. Producing a good home cooked tea for the return and also producing a meal for the rest of the family. During holidays you will devise interesting and stimulating activities and trips out. You may be asked to accompany the family on holidays both in the winter (skiing) and summer (beach) holidays. The housekeeping part of your role includes a full weekly clean of the house (not in one go!) washing and ironing of bedlinen and clothes and producing good food as described. The family are house-proud and like to keep their home neat and tidy. You may be asked to complete other tasks to keep the home running well and you should be in a position to flag these up.
Hours are Monday, – Friday 7 – 7
Salary is circa £30k gross per annum for live out, dependant on experience, with an early July start.

A family in Sawbridgeworth are looking for a full time Nanny / Housekeeper to care for their 2 girls aged 9 and 10 years old. This is a full time permanent position and can be live out or live in. There is separate accommodation on site, fully self contained.
This family are looking for a capable happy Nanny / Housekeeper, who will be adaptable and confident in this role. You will have had experience working in a similar position before and enjoy working withholder children. Nanny will be a confident cook providing healthy, nutritious meals for the whole family, and will have a good repertoire interesting dishes. You will also take pride in the housekeeping side of the role and work to a high standard. Nanny will have a good education, maths and computer skills essential, you will also be easy to have around with good communication skills.
Duties include sole charge of the children in the mornings, and getting them ready for school, breakfasted and then the school run to a local prep school. Returning home to complete housekeeping tasks which includes all the family washing and ironing, bed linen changes, and keeping the house clean and tidy ( a cleaner is kept for heavy cleaning) You will cook a super meal for the girls and the parents for when they come home. The afternoon school run, and taking to clubs etc as needed. You will ensure all homework is completed and that the girls are fully prepared for the following school day with books, kit etc. Full sole charge of the girls in the holidays with outings and playdates. One child had a mild nut allergy to peanuts, nanny will be trained to use an Epi-Pen, if not already familiar.
Hours are Monday and Friday 08.00- 18.00 and Tuesday – Friday 07.00 – 19.00
Salary is £26,000 gross per annum with a March start
